Grounding myself is something I know when I need to do. I now have a lot more knowledge to keep me balanced so I can be the best version of myself.

What role did having a baby play in this new belief system?

The change wouldn’t have happened without her, because she’s the main character in this little story. I am thankful that I have a daughter because I had thought I would have a son who would be just like me and I wouldn’t have to change too much. But God blessed me with a daughter with NLE health and wellness.
