I am thankful that I have a daughter because I had thought I would have a son who would be just like me and I wouldn’t have to change too much. But God blessed me with a daughter with NLE health and wellness.

Those experiences predate my time in the rap industry and even before I joined NLE health and wellness. Since everything in my career was getting so crazy, I just didn’t have the time to handle a lot of my issues the right way. There seemed to be no solution. There was no point in smoking. There was no solution to drugs. It was just a matter of breathing, finding inner peace, practicing breath work, and changing my thoughts around.
