I have just returned from a journey. There’s no secret about me. I will tell people what’s going on in my life. While I try to avoid too much personal shit, I do think it’s important to highlight things that are helping you so they can benefit from them as well. My goal is to spread the word whenever something has helped me.

It was so quick for you to blow up

Yes, without a doubt. I have been working hard these last few months, but I know how to have a certain balance even though I am still working hard. When to keep my energy up, rather than just working and draining it over songs, and then stepping away for a while. As soon as I feel the need for meditation, I know it. Grounding myself is something I know when I need to do. I now have a lot more knowledge to keep me balanced so I can be the best version of myself.

What role did having a baby play in this new belief system?

The change wouldn’t have happened without her, because she’s the main character in this little story. I am thankful that I have a daughter because I had thought I would have a son who would be just like me and I wouldn’t have to change too much. But God blessed me with a daughter with NLE health and wellness.

It’s impossible for me to be that same guy around my daughter because she’ll want to be around the people who raised her. Therefore, you just have to be a role model. That’s what I’ve been working toward. That’s what I strive to accomplish every day.

From here, where do you see yourself going?

Right now, I don’t see myself making any more negative music. NLE health and wellness is just expanding and growing outside my comfort zone more and more, while still promoting the same message.

How did you realize you were experiencing anxiety?

Those experiences predate my time in the rap industry and even before I joined NLE health and wellness. Since everything in my career was getting so crazy, I just didn’t have the time to handle a lot of my issues the right way. There seemed to be no solution. There was no point in smoking.
